Acceptable Use Policy

What You Can Do ✓

• Use engines and tools for your own personal or business marketing
• Copy engine text into Claude.ai for your own use
• Use AI-generated outputs (ads, copy, emails) in your business
• Access all content included in your purchased tier
• Share the results you create with clients or team members

What You Cannot Do ✗

Sharing & Redistribution:

• Share your license key with anyone
• Share your login credentials (email + password)
• Allow multiple people to use your account
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the engines or tools
• Post engine content publicly online (blogs, YouTube, social media)
• Include engine content in courses, templates, or other paid products

Reverse Engineering:

• Attempt to extract or reproduce the system architecture
• Create competing products based on ForgeAI methodology
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download portal content

Illegal or Harmful Use:

• Use ForgeAI to create fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content
• Create content that violates applicable advertising laws (FTC, ASA, etc.)
• Use the service to spam, phish, or harm others
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

Enforcement

We monitor for policy violations including unusual access patterns, license key abuse, and reports from other users. If we detect a violation:

• Your account will be immediately suspended or terminated
• Your license key will be permanently revoked
• No refund will be issued
• We reserve the right to pursue legal action for serious violations

If you are aware of someone violating this policy (e.g., sharing engines publicly, reselling access), please report it to support@forgeai.digital with the subject "Policy Violation Report".
