Copyright Protection
All content on ForgeAI — including but not limited to engine text, tool logic, design, code, and documentation — is the intellectual property of The Saanvi Hub and is protected under copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
We take intellectual property rights seriously and respond promptly to valid copyright infringement claims.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on ForgeAI infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to support@forgeai.digital with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice".
Your notice must include all of the following:

Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.

A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

The specific URL or location on ForgeAI where the infringing material is located.

A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement made under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices will not be processed. Please ensure all 6 elements are included.
Our Response
- We will review your notice within 5–7 business days.
- If the claim appears valid, we will remove or disable access to the infringing content.
- We will notify the alleged infringer of the takedown.
- Repeat infringers will have their accounts permanently terminated.
Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed from ForgeAI in error or due to misidentification, you may file a counter-notice by emailing support@forgeai.digital with subject "DMCA Counter-Notice". Your counter-notice must include:
- Your name, address, phone, and email
- Identification of the material that was removed and its original location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court
- Your physical or electronic signature
If a valid counter-notice is received, the content may be restored within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant files a legal action.
Reporting Infringement of Our Copyright
If you discover ForgeAI content being shared, resold, or distributed without authorization (e.g., on YouTube, blogs, other portals), please report it to us at support@forgeai.digital with subject "Copyright Infringement Report". We will take immediate action.
