No Refunds
ForgeAI is a digital product — all sales are final

Why No Refunds?

ForgeAI is a digital product. The moment you activate your license key and create an account, you receive instant, full access to all engines and tools in your tier. Because digital products cannot be "returned," we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

This is consistent with standard digital product policies and is clearly disclosed before purchase.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for: change of mind, not using the product, not liking it, finding an alternative, or any other reason except verified technical failure (see below).

The Only Exception: Technical Failure

We will consider a refund only if you experience a verified technical issue that prevents you from accessing the product at all, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.

To qualify for a technical support review:
1. The issue must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
2. You must cooperate with our support team to troubleshoot the issue.
3. A refund is only issued if the issue cannot be resolved after good-faith support attempts.

Chargebacks

Chargeback Warning: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will result in immediate and permanent account termination. We reserve the right to contest fraudulent chargebacks and take appropriate legal action.
