Important: By purchasing or using ForgeAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before creating an account or making a purchase.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ForgeAI, operated by The Saanvi Hub ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, creating an account, or using any part of ForgeAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase and successful account creation, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use ForgeAI engines and tools for your own personal or business purposes.
This license allows you to:
- Access engines and tools assigned to your purchased tier (Starter or Pro)
- Copy engine text into Claude.ai or similar AI platforms for your own use
- Use the outputs generated by the engines for your business
- Access future updates included in your tier
This license does NOT allow you to:
- Share, resell, or redistribute the engines or tools
- Share your login credentials with others
- Allow multiple users to access your account
- Create derivative products or services based on the engines
- Reverse engineer or extract the system for commercial redistribution
3. Account & License Key
After purchase, you will receive a unique license key via email. This key is required to create your account.
- Each license key is single-use only — it can only activate one account.
- License keys are non-transferable and tied to your purchase email.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- We reserve the right to revoke license keys found to be shared or used fraudulently.
License Sharing: Sharing your license key or login credentials is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination without refund.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ForgeAI only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the service for any illegal activity or to violate applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the portal
- Interfere with the operation of the service or other users' access
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Use the service to create content that is fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful
- Violate the intellectual property rights of ForgeAI or any third party

5. Intellectual Property
All content within ForgeAI — including but not limited to engine text, tool logic, system architecture, UI design, and documentation — is the exclusive intellectual property of The Saanvi Hub and is protected by copyright law.
Your purchase grants you a license to use the product, not ownership of it. You may not claim ownership of any ForgeAI content or create competing products based on it.
The outputs you generate using the engines (ad copy, sales pages, emails, etc.) are yours to use freely in your business.
6. Payments & Pricing
- ForgeAI is a one-time purchase — there are no recurring subscriptions.
- Prices are displayed in INR (India) or USD (Global) based on your location.
- Payment is processed securely by Cashfree (India) or Gumroad (Global).
- All sales are final. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
- We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases. Your existing access is not affected by price changes.
7. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Update, improve, or modify engine and tool content at any time
- Add new features or engines to the platform
- Change the user interface or portal structure
- Temporarily suspend the service for maintenance
Starter plan buyers will receive standard updates. Pro plan buyers will receive all updates including new advanced tools.
We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes via email.
8. Limitation of Liability
ForgeAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
No Guaranteed Results: We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or conversions from using our engines. Results depend entirely on your effort, skill, market conditions, and implementation quality.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Saanvi Hub shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Decisions made based on outputs from ForgeAI engines
- Third-party platform changes (e.g., changes to Claude.ai, Facebook Ads policies)
Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for ForgeAI.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, if you:
- Violate any provision of these Terms
- Share or resell your license key or login credentials
- Engage in fraudulent chargebacks
- Attempt to reverse engineer or redistribute the system
- Use the service for illegal purposes
You may terminate your account at any time by emailing us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).
For international users, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Indian courts for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
