Common Questions

I didn't receive my license key email. What do I do?
First, check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, email us at support@forgeai.digital with your order ID and we'll resend it within a few hours.
My license key says "already used" but I haven't created an account yet.
This can happen if your browser auto-submitted a form twice. Email us with your purchase email and order ID and we'll reset the license key for you.
How do I use the engines with Claude?
Go to your Dashboard, open any engine page, and click the "Copy" button. Then paste the text into Claude.ai as your Project instructions or as the first message in a new chat. The engine will guide you from there.
Can I upgrade from Core to Complete later?
Yes! You can upgrade anytime. India users pay ₹1,000 extra via Cashfree; Global users pay $30 extra via Gumroad. After payment, your account will be upgraded automatically (or within a few hours if manual verification is needed).
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Go to the Forgot Password page, enter your registered email, and we'll send you a reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Do I get future updates?
Starter plan buyers receive standard updates to existing engines. Pro plan buyers receive all updates including new advanced tools added in the future — at no extra cost.
